My name is Tim Leep and I am the Corporate Accounting Manager at IPD. At the beginning of my career I started working at a Regional Public Accounting Firm and upon earning certification I decided to pursue a career in a Corporate Accounting Environment in order to spend more time at home with my family. In my Corporate career I have had the opportunity to hold managerial roles in the Manufacturing, Mining/Energy, Agriculture, and Marketing sectors. I have worked for large publicly traded companies as well as smaller family owned businesses. My greatest accomplishment, however, is to have been married to my beautiful wife Tracie for 27 years and I am thankful for my two pretty and talented daughters; Ashtyn who is a junior at USF and Brelyn who is a High School Sophomore at Seffner Christian Academy. I was born and raised in West Virginia and my wife was raised in Southern Georgia. We decided to move to Florida in 2010 and we have yet to regret that decision. I am very thankful and excited to have been chosen to be a part of the IPD family and I am looking forward to making IPD even more successful in the future.

Many people ask what it means to be a good customer service representative. That is not the question they should be asking. What they should be asking is “What does it mean to be a good person?” What my fellow colleagues and I do is not only assist people with their vehicle needs, but to give them a better understanding and peace of mind. All in all, is that not the endgame of what we are doing here?
I have a good amount of experience trying to find out what makes the mind of a customer tick. Not just in the retail industry, but also the automotive industry on the side of vehicle servicing/restorations and as a pest control technician spanning the last eight years or so. I would like to think I know how important it is to treat someone who is calling in or picking up a phone call well.
I am originally from the Republic of the Philippines and moved over to the United States at a young age. I’ve seized every opportunity I could to better myself both physically and mentally, from sports to intellectually challenging myself by seeking an MBA (which I am currently in my second semester of pursuing).
I am very easy to talk to and love a good laugh whenever and wherever I can find it, but am also compassionate to the needs of those around me. If I can help in any way, you know where to find me.
