The Sales and Leadership Roundtable is focused on teaching and mentoring, which means not only imparting their knowledge but also sharing their experiences and recommending assignments.
David Villa will be your host and provide teaching along the way to connect your work back to your personal sales and leadership journeys.
On-Site Sales and Leadership Modeling
You will be invited to attend 4 live events a year connecting you to the rest of The Sales and Leadership Roundtable members face to face. Just while observing you pick up many things: ethics, values and standards; style, beliefs and attitudes; methods and procedures. You will be challenged to adapt new approaches, styles, and you will build confidence through your affiliation with other piers in the Sales and Leadership Roundtable.
You’ll be hosted by David Villa during this day at iPD’s headquarters in Tampa, Florida. You’ll spend the day with David learning sales leadership principles and learn best practices from the company’s executive team.
Ongoing Monthly Strategy Calls
You’ll convene monthly to learn best practices and engage in topic-based discussions with other members of the roundtable on a conference call curated by David.
You’ll have twelve monthly, 90-minute calls with all other members of The Sales and Leadership Roundtable.
You’ll have the opportunity during each call to ask your questions and receive direct responses from David and our featured guests during extended Q&A sessions.
The ability to network and meet other leaders is invaluable, as you learn from other top individuals about the current trends in their businesses and industries. These connections provide insights on the latest and greatest so that you can apply best practices to your business. Any time great minds are gathered together, interesting conversation and successful thinking are sure to follow.
Twelve one-on-one coaching sessions with David Villa. You’ll have personalized conversations about how you can implement what you learn in your own daily environment.
During these twelve, 60-minute calls you will have situational discussions to evaluate real events and challenges you face in your daily sales and leadership situations.
David will guide you as you map out your personal and professional goals, create benchmarks and implement the takeaways you learn from our strategy calls.
